I am a BAPT registered Play Therapist based in West London.
I completed a full time MA Play Therapy Programme at Roehampton University which utilised neuroscience, and attachment (relationship) theory in relation to healing through expressive play and creativity. In addition to this I am trained in Theraplay, Child Parent Relationship Training, and have completed courses in Drama Therapy, and Art Psychotherapy.
Play Therapists draw on an extensive repertoire of neuroscience, attachment (bonding) theory, psychotherapy methods and theories from person – centred, non-directive techniques to more focused interventions to enable the adult or child to reach the targets and goals they have set for the intervention.
